With Ali joining as a replacement for Özer on bass guitar in March-2004, the band hastened in writing down their own compositions right along side with the cover projects. And they’ve had an intense period full of studio work and gigs until October. In October 2004, the band had gained new blood as they’ve met their current drummer Arda Çaykeser.

The gig and studio process went on without any slow-downs until February-2005. The band entered studio for recordings in the beginning of

“Digestive for Life!”…a self-production. This six-song-demo album’s distribution started in Izmir, Istanbul and Ankara in the early days of March-2005. With “Digestive for Life!” - which they created only by their own lyrics and compositions - Les Devins had passed the first curve of the progression from amateurship to profession successfully.

Unlike many of the bar-bands on the market, Les Devins hails the heroes of our maturing-age in their repertoire. Rather than counting on the necessary songs of cliché repertoires, they play the pieces of hard-rock for us which we cannot listen in many of the hangouts. And just like any other serious band, they value the enrichment of their sound, therefore a keyboard player steps in in March-2005: Duygu. The band keeps on it’s work with acceleration.

Erkin Koray - when opening a concert that’d delayed for almost two hours because of the rain, power cut and even a police incursion - stated

Facing obstacles like graduation from university, the necessity to serve in the army, inner threats; Les Devins carried on it’s way since Semptember-2007 which they’ve left the deceleration age behind. And there had been a member shift once again. The last line-up is formed with Sevil on keyboards, Olcay on bass and Gürer on the 2nd guitar.

Les Devins is a band that gains it’s influence from the rock bands of 70ies and 80ies, gathering it’s desire and power from them to create it’s own sound. Takin’ heart from Hard Rock’s legends and melodic wealth to struggle to create their own language, our Diviners stand upon.
